This fee supports maintaining our unique historic Victorian mansion and the Historic Preservation Commission of Santa Cruz, dedicated to maintaining the many historic buildings throughout the City. Pets are allowed in this property upon request as long as they do not exceed the weight limit of 40 lbs. Please contact the property in advance. Additional fees may apply. At check-in, guests must present the same credit card that was used to make the reservation. Group Bookings not allowed which includes more than 2 separate bookings by same guest or more than 3 rooms booked on single reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
